1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Wing Win Limited's professional coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wing Win Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.

2. Service Description

Wing Win Limited provides professional coaching services delivered by ICF-certified coaches. Our services include:

• Executive leadership development coaching
• Career transition and growth coaching
• Mindfulness-based performance coaching
• Professional development assessments
• Goal-setting and accountability support

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during intake and sessions
• Attend scheduled coaching sessions punctually
• Give at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations
• Actively participate in the coaching process
• Complete agreed-upon actions between sessions
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other clients
• Pay fees according to the agreed schedule

4. Coach Responsibilities

Wing Win Limited and our coaches commit to:

• Maintain ICF professional standards and ethics
• Provide coaching services with professional competence
• Respect client confidentiality and privacy
• Establish clear coaching agreements and boundaries
• Support client growth through evidence-based methodologies
• Maintain professional development and certification

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• Fees are due as specified in your coaching agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Price changes require 30 days written notice
• All fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars unless otherwise specified

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Session cancellation and rescheduling policies:

• 24-hour advance notice required for cancellations
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• Emergency cancellations will be considered case-by-case
• Rescheduling is subject to coach availability

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality standards:

• All coaching conversations are confidential
• Information is not shared without written consent
• Exceptions include legal requirements or safety concerns
• Session records are securely stored and encrypted
• Confidentiality continues after coaching relationship ends

8. Limitation of Liability

Important limitations on our liability:

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
• We are not liable for decisions made based on coaching
• Clients are responsible for their own actions and outcomes
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services
• We recommend consulting appropriate professionals for specialized needs

9. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights and usage:

• Coaching materials and methodologies remain our property
• Clients may use materials for personal development only
• Commercial use of our materials requires written permission
• Client-generated insights and goals remain client property

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship:

• With written notice as specified in the coaching agreement
• Immediately for breach of these terms
• For non-payment of fees
• When coaching goals are achieved or no longer relevant
• Refunds for prepaid sessions will be calculated pro-rata

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be resolved through the Hong Kong courts or through mutually agreed arbitration.
